The Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website of ANB Latvia SIA (hereinafter 1LatCon) https://1latcon.ee (hereinafter the website).

DEFINITIONS

Processing of personal data is any action performed with the personal data of a website user (hereinafter the user) - collection, processing, storage, modification, or deletion of data.

Users are all individuals who visit the website, use the services, or provide information to 1LatCon. For example, reading articles, ordering services, or contacting 1LatCon via email.

Services are all free and paid products and services offered by 1LatCon.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the website, the user consents to the processing of their data in accordance with these privacy terms.

1LatCon collects the following personal data of users through the website in the following ways:

• user's email address - when the user joins the mailing list or sends an email;
• user's name and email address - when the user makes an information request;

1LatCon uses personal data:

to provide services to the user, for example, to conclude and fulfill contracts, communicate with the user, and send invoices;

The user has the right at any time to prohibit the processing of their personal data, except when it is necessary to fulfill an obligation arising from a contract, including the provision of services.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

A third party is a contractual partner of 1LatCon who processes personal data and through whose product or service 1LatCon provides services to the user.

1LatCon may use third parties for daily operations who provide:

• email delivery and management system,
• website hosting,
• website usage statistics analysis,
• use of social media and analysis of social media statistics,
• use of accounting software.

In addition to the third parties mentioned above, 1LatCon transfers the user's personal data to cooperation partners. This is done only to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user.

STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

1LatCon retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data is retained for 7 years from the end of the financial year, and an email address in the mailing list is retained until the user requests its removal.

1LatCon implements all reasonable measures to protect the processed personal data. Access to modify and process personal data is only available to authorized individuals, and all users' personal data is treated as confidential information.

USER RIGHTS

The user has the right at any time to:

• request access to their data;
• request the correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data under the conditions provided by law;
• request the restriction of the processing of personal data;
• request the transfer of personal data.

To exercise their rights, the user must send a corresponding request to the email address info@1latcon.ee.

If the user is on the 1LatCon mailing list, they can remove themselves from the mailing list and unsubscribe from further emails using the link at the end of the email.

To limit the use of cookies, the user can make the appropriate selections in their web browser settings.

If the user believes that their rights have been violated in the processing of personal data, they have the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.

1LatCon reserves the right to unilaterally change the privacy policy without prior notice to ensure compliance with laws. The privacy policy is always available in its latest version on the website.
